A win win sourcing model
We are following consignment gallery model where artists consign their art work. The Designer's Paradise keeps the art work in their studio lounge where the home designers can spend hours in planning. Home designers can pick the suitable art pieces and place them in the customers house before committing in buying the art work. We allow few weeks for home owner to appreciate the art. If it grows on them then the home owner buys the art piece and artist is reimbursed the payment. This sourcing model prevents anyone locking their investment in fast changing home decor fashion.Â

With close collaboration with artists, we also offer commissioned art work based on artists prior work. The customization can be in size, choice of colors etc. This also puts home designer in the driving seat. It is a win for the artist because their art piece is guaranteed to be sold.
Commission work flow
01 Discovery
Home designer gets to choose from multiple art work from various artists. Once artwork is selected and for some reason it cannot be used as is then they can consider commissioning an art wok. Typically at a similar price or well defined formula based pricing.
02 Engaging artists
Artis are contacted through the The Designer's Paradise directly with clearly written commissioning details. If they accept the pricing then they will provide the schedule.
03 Payment terms
75% of the price has to be paid upfront to The Designer's Paradise. Last 25% percent is paid on the delivery of the art work.
04 Delivery
Before delivery, the art work is demonstrated either through pictures or video calls with the home designer. If some modifications are possible and requested by the home designer then the artist will accommodate the changes. If artist abandon's the art work then deposit is returned.
